I must have run IBM for about 10 years. A complex, but fascinating account with some amazing stories if you dug deep enough. For the most part, a hardcore B2B account. But once a year, with the engagement of a highly targeted group of CEOs and CTOs in mind, we treated it like a B2C piece of business to generate PR as well as leads.
This year was one of my favourites. The First ever AI tennis pundit.
