I SHOULDN’T BE HERE

Many people see cancer research as a bottomless pit. They don’t think that making a donation really makes a difference. After all, a cure for cancer has not been found to-date.

So the task was to highlight the real advances made by CRUK in detecting and curing cancer. And to encourage donations.

The idea revolved around the fact that thanks to the progress made, thousands of people who are still here today would not have survived 10 years ago.

Engraved memorial park benches were used to commemorate survivors across the UK. I’m pleased to say that many of those benches are still there today.
